I have never used your products before. Where can I find more information on how to use them?
The products that are made by Quill will have Instruction/ "How To" Guides, on the product pages but you can also check out our Youtube page for helpful videos on how to set up our drinkers / feeders / trap boxes and the best way to get the most out of our products.
I have lost my Safety Data Sheet, where can I find the information I need?
All Safety Data Sheets are on the product page and we also have a page dedicated to the Safety Data Sheet.
Why are your prices all excluding VAT?
The majority of our customers are registered for VAT and prefer to see the excluding VAT price. The VAT is added on at a later stage in the shopping basket.
I’m in Scotland / Northern Ireland / Channel Islands but the carriage charge seems high. Why is this?
Some areas are classed by the couriers as more expensive to deliver to and different couriers can take different products. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 01258 818239 for a more bespoke and accurate carriage quote.
I would like to buy your products, but I live outside of the UK and can't order online. Can you ship to outside of the UK?
Depending on the items you would like to order and your location, we can dispatch overseas. Please contact us via email: email@example.com and we can provide a shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot ship any liquids or hazardous products overseas.
The health of my birds is the most important thing. How do I make sure the farm is biosecure?
We have a variety of products, cleaners and disinfectants which can help you keep biosecurity measures in place. We offer a free service of putting together a bespoke Game Farm / Hatchery Health and Hygiene Plan.
