Dosing Instructions:
Add to drinking water; directly into drinkers, tanks or with a dosing pump.
Dilution rate 1 : 1000 (1ml of Quill Calcium Boost per 1000ml water)
Poor egg shells: administer for 3-7 days
Maintenance: 2 days per week
We always recommend using a Hydrogen Peroxide water sanitiser like Quill Water-Pure when supplementing to prevent the build up of biofilm in waterlines. Not recommended for use at the same time as wormers or vaccinations in the water.

Why are my hens laying eggs with soft shells?
Calcium, phosphorus & Vitamin D3 are essential for healthy laying hens & good eggshell development. When laying starts the calcium requirement of hens increases drastically, often leading to deficiency if additional calcium is not supplemented.

(1ml of product to 1000ml drinking water)
We recommend using a hydrogen peroxide water sanitiser such as Quill Water-Pure when dosing supplements to prevent biofilm build up.
Important Information
Some of the Quill supplements contain minerals which may crystallise. This will not effect the efficacy of the product. Simply shake well before use.

You can dose more than one of our supplements into drinking water at the same time, however we always recommend using a hydrogen peroxide water sanitiser such as Quill Water-Pure to ensure that biofilm blockages are prevented. We also recommend that any supplements are either dosed straight into the waterline using a peristaltic pump or mixed into the water in smaller drinkers, never as a 'neat' solution.
