Office Administrator: Sales Order Processing (Part Time)

An opportunity has arisen for an efficient and reliable Office Administrator to join our friendly team at Quill Productions.

The role involves the use of different accounting and stock software to check and process daily sales orders.

Training to use specific software will be provided, but good computer skills are vital.

Attention to detail is vital to ensure smooth progression through the system.

Other tasks would include assisting the Accounts Co-ordinator and general office duties as required.

This is a part time role. Every morning, Monday – Friday. (The exact hours may be discussed).

Key skills:

- Excellent computer skills
- Methodical working
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience of accounting software would be beneficial
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Moulding Machine Operator

As the number of products we manufacture continues to increase, we are looking for another enthusiastic, hardworking person to join our team in the workshop at Quill Productions.

The role of a Moulding Machine Operator is a physical role, so a reasonable standard of fitness is required.

Whilst previous experience of rotational moulding would be useful, it is not essential as training will be given to someone keen to learn a new skill.
