Coronavirus Update

Our Priority and Focus continues to be on our Customers
 
During this time of uncertainty regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus we wanted to communicate with you and keep you updated with our current situation here at Quill Productions.
 
As company dealing with the Bio-security aspect of our industry we are employing proper measures for business continuity and our paramount focus is to keeping our staff safe and healthy, and providing you with continuing levels of support and service.
 
While the news and information surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus continues to evolve, we are working diligently to stay informed and take all the necessary safeguards to ensure the health and safety of our employees, partners and customers. As such, we are following the guidance of government authorities and world health professionals in ensuring our policies are in line with their recommendations and that we are minimising any risk to our teams. We have created a holding zone for all post and courier packages delivered into the office and these are held for 24 hours before being handled by any members of staff.  Before any staff begin work for the day their temperatures are checked and anyone with a raised temperature is sent home to self-isolate.  We are trying to keep life and business as normal as possible for all involved.  In order to keep our staff separated and at a safe distance whilst working we have a rotation system of half the office working every other week.
 
Please be assured that while these restrictions have been put in place for the safety of our team, it will not impact our ability to serve you. We have a Business Continuity Plan in place that is running smoothly, and there has been no disruption to our websites nor in our ability to service our customers. As a company we are setup so that we can continue to supply you with your products, and we look forward to continuing to work with you and to help you and your business.
 
Whilst we have made the commitment above to continue to provide the service that you, as a customer, have come to expect from Quill Productions it is worth highlighting that we are also reliant on third party contractors, from suppliers to delivery drivers and couriers.  This means that we may not be able to guarantee deliveries or receive in the volumes of stock that we would normally hold.  With that in mind we would ask you to consider what you may need over the next 8-12 weeks and considering ordering well in advance to avoid any issues with lack of stock or delays in getting orders out to you as we know how reliant animals are on getting products on time.
