ShippingHow do we charge for shipping?
Our only considerations when shipping is to get your ordered items to you in the most efficient, cost effective and secure method possible. We only charge you the net cost to us.
The complexity, content, urgency and destination of your order will all have an effect on which carrier and tariff combination we use. Due to the very varied nature of our products - some very large, some hazardous and some very fragile, the most cost effective solution cannot be calculated online with any degree of accuracy.
To simplify this problem we offer you two solutions:
Unless you instruct us to the contrary (easily done during the checkout procedure) we will proceed as follows: We will work out the most cost effective method of shipping and charge the cost price of this to your card when collecting payment and ship your order immediately.
If you prefer to be aware of shipping charges before we charge your card with anything, then we will email you a ProForma invoice (or ring you) to get your prior approval. You will be able to request this in checkout.
