Select Doser

The Select Doser is the dosing system whether you have poultry or game.....

Operation

Installation is simple. A flow sensor (relevant to your enterprise) is fitted into the water line to be dosed. The Select doser is wall mounted and is connected to both the signal line from the sensor, and a 12V DC power supply either from a plug-in mains transformer or a battery. Dosed product is pumped into the drinking water system either into a header tank, or the water pipe line via a valved connector.

The colour coded pump tubes have been tested for stability against most commonly used dosing products. If in doubt, contact Quill Productions.

The Select doser will start to pump as soon as a flow of water is detected. There is a screen prompt offering to prime all delivery lines before proportional pumping commences.

  THE SPINSTIR^TM stock solution stirrer is a highly efficient and easy-to-use stirrer for use with all types of product held in a stock solution.

  Holding stock solutions containing particles in suspension can be problematic. In a highly concentrated form, many powder products are not able to be dissolved. In this situation, there is a possibility that the particles will settle out during dosing leaving a residue remaining in the stock container after the dosing period has ended. This can be a costly waste of product, and lead to inaccurate dosing.

  THE SPINSTIR^TM stock stirrer applies sufficient agitation to keep particles in suspension right through the dosing period. All active ingredients are therefore dosed accurately with no product residue remaining at the end of the dosing period.

  There are many uses for the Spinstir^TM. Amongst these are:

  Nutritional powders
  Medicinal powders
  Vaccines
  Horticultural products

  Being non-invasive in nature, the Spinstir^TM system maintains a high level of cleanliness during dosing. Cleaning after dosing is a simple procedure.

  Operation
  
  Place the stock container on the drive box.
  
  Put the follower magnet into the stock container where it will centre over the drive magnet in the drive box.
  
  Turn on the power (240V AC) and the follower will rotate.
  
  Add the required amount of water and powder product. Some products may need to be physically mixed initially. Afterwards, the Spinstir will keep powder particles in suspension during dosing.
