Description

The Quill Feed Bin Kit converts a 45 gallon metal drum into a weatherproof feeder with a high capacity (150kg) to eliminate the chore of daily feeding. The cleverly designed feed tray allows birds to feed from the clean surface rather than the disease ridden ground whilst the large top hat provides a sheltered feeding area which keeps food dry and offers protection from birds of prey. Suitable for both game and ducks. Ideal in rearing/release pens cover crops and feed rides. Deer/badger proof as they cannot knock the lid over. The kit contains the top hat and a tray which are UV stabilised. 45 gallon drums are supplied separately if required.
